This article aims to recover the memory of Mr. Domingo Vázquez Andújar (1856-1917), a priest born in Villahermosa (Ciudad Real) who was very present in the religious life of his town, and of whom, until now, no exhaustive biographical study had been carried out. The objective of this writing is to shed light on his life and that of his immediate surroundings, and to analyze his relationship with the historical context in which he lived.
